DO WE ACCEPT CHANGES?
Yes! We accept changes of garments that you bought online or in our showroom within 5 days after receiving your order, we just need you to have your receipt and make sure that the garments are in good condition and with their tags.
There will be no changes or refunds of garments purchased in promotion or final sale.
WHEN DOES THE CHANGE APPLY?
The change of the garment is made only once and applies only when your garment is a standard size for a smaller or larger size, provided that it is confirmed that there is the product in the desired size, otherwise you can change it for another of the same value.
HOW IS THE CHANGE MADE?
The change can be made in two ways:
- In person, the customer can come to the showroom and make his change
- For delivery, the customer can send their garments by Courier assuming the cost of shipping
In both cases, the deadline to make your change is 5 days after receiving your order.

Returns will be accepted only when the garment arrives in poor condition due to manufacturing defects and/or quality control within the first 5 days of receiving your garment.
